Who processes your data

What I collect

Through the forms on this site: name, email address, phone number, company name (for business travel) and the trip details you enter — destination, dates, number of travelers, budget and notes. Through WhatsApp and email: the information you send me.

Why I use it

Only to answer your inquiry, prepare a travel proposal and, if we agree, make the bookings. I do not use your data for marketing messages without your explicit consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give by sending an inquiry and on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Who receives your data

Only when necessary to carry out your trip — hotels, airlines, transport providers, tour operators and other suppliers you book. The site is hosted on a hosting provider’s server, and form messages are processed by WordPress/Jetpack. I do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

How long I keep it

As long as needed for your inquiry and trip, or as required by law (e.g. accounting records). Inquiries that did not result in a trip are deleted after two years at the latest.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies — for example to remember your language — and basic, anonymous visit statistics. Partner links (Trip.com, GetYourGuide) may set cookies on their own sites to track bookings.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time — simply write to info@gajdosan.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
